David Durham; MSFS, CAP

David Durham is a leading financial  planning expert and public speaker, who began his professional career as  a Financial Advisor more than 45 years ago. David is a Member of the  Society of Financial Services Professionals, and a Million Dollar Round  Table Qualifying member. Among his credentials are an MSFS (Master of  Science in Financial Services, American College), CAP (Chartered Advisor  in Philanthropy), CBSP (Certified Business Succession Planning), BBA  (International Business and Spanish – University of Texas, La  Universidad de las Americas, Puebla, Mexico), and Taxation (Widener  University, Wilmington DE). David Durham is best known for his expertise  in:


  • Understanding clients’ needs and goals
  • Developing an overall retirement plan for life
  • “Crash-proof” market, tax, and cost-efficient strategies
  • Asset protection
  • Integrated planning with CPAs, attorneys, qualified plan specialists, and world-leading money managers

Richard Price; ChFEBCSM, ChFC®, CRFA™, MOL, MA

Richard Price is a fiduciary and financial/retirement planning expert. He is a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits ConsultantSM Professional, and helps federal employees understand their benefits,  and guides them in choices that impact their retirement years. 

An educator for over 35 years, Richard  has taught college level courses in Conservative Investing (Nova  University), Money Management (FIU), Leadership, Social Security,  Retirement Planning, and various other financial and leadership  programs. He also served as a consultant to BPAA (Broward Principals’  and Assistants’ Association), helping FRS participants understand and  navigate their investment and retirement options. Richard is a Senior  Instructor for the Federal Benefits Educational Association, providing  retirement age individuals with financial planning and education. His  credentials include; Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Master  of Arts in Business Development, Master of Arts in Human Services  Counseling, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Certified Financial  Retirement Advisor.

Gary Hyrne; M. Ed.

Gary Hyrne brings a wealth of  diversified qualifications and experience to the Team. Gary has taught  for over 40 years and educated more than 15,000 people. His specialties  include Retirement Planning, Compliance Training, Social Security and  Medicare for individuals, company personnel, government workers,  corporate, and non-profits. This enables them to be compliant, empowered  and qualified to reach their goals.

Gary helps employees and retirees  understand their TSP, FRS, Drop accounts, 401k’s, 403b’s, 457’s, SEP,  and other benefits. He assists them in making life choices that impact  their retirement years. His qualifications include: Master of Education,  Medicare Specialist, Retirement Planning Specialist, and Social  Security Timing and Strategies. His forte is assisting his clients in  making life choices that impact their retirement years. 

Pat Jones; CFO, CLTCP, CASL, CLU

Pat Jones began his professional career as an Agent for The New York Life Insurance Company in May of 1989, over 32 years ago. In March of 1995 he joined the South Florida General Office management team of The New York Life first as a Training Manager and ultimately the Director of Development for one of their largest offices in the country.

He guides his clients through financial preparedness in the areas of asset protection, social security timing and strategy, income distribution, and estate planning. Pat helps his clients properly execute their retirement dreams while at the same time protecting their “nest egg” against the unforeseen storms of life.


He is best known for his expertise in:
